From Victorian cottages to contemporaries on stilts, a blend of culture exists, all for a price of course.

Home of former Mayor, Bud Clark, Goose Hollow may be considered one of Portland's hottest neighborhoods.
Directly south of Portland is perhaps one of the most scenic stretches of the Willamette River, home to Johns Landing and the Corbett neighborhood. Many of the original Victorian homes from years gone by (when Portland was once named "Stumptown") have been restored. Infilling has also brought modern rowhouses on this extremely sought after piece of dirt. With high mixed used developments, this area, once highly industrial, has seen and will continue to see high density mixed used projects supported by the Portland Development Commission. Once a small retail center with a few off beat shops and antique stores, Multnomah Village has transcended into a retreat from the inner city. With its unique flavor of old and new, Multnomah offers the nostalgia of the friendly small town that so many people dream of. From Fat City to Starbucks, there's a place for everyone.
Hillsdale is just 3 miles from downtown Portland yet forgives the hustle and bustle left behind. At the base of the West Hills to the south, Hillsdale's commercial district has evolved into a suburban neighborhood shopping center where residents are promoting a greater sense of neighborhood and community.
Hillsdale's neighbor to the west, the Hayhurst Neighborhood is recognized most often as the home of the Alpenrose Dairy.
